

The Afghanistan Constitution Studies Institute ACSI is a social-legal, independent, non-state, non-political and non-profit legal institute. This organization was established by a group of professors and legal specialists with rich experience in the legislature, justice and judicial fields on April 17, 2019.
ACSI has so far been involved in administrative decentralization, election-related issues and election systems, effective methods and mechanisms of adjudication of constitution, constitutional court and elementary academic studies and, in some cases, through comparative studies of regional countries and systems with successful experience, aiming to provide concrete suggestions on issues related to Afghanistan constitution implementation and possible amendment in the future.
AHRRAO director Hayatullah Jawad is the founding member of ACSI and closely working with ACSI professional members on Afghanistan constitutional implementation and academic suggestions for possible amendment of constitution in the future.
